  • Or maybe you're interested in diving deep into the mechanics of violin playing to truly master the instrument

My schedule primarily consists of weekly lessons with my students, but I assure you that we can find a suitable time slot for you. Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Jinny's Violin Studio! We take pride in ensuring that all our packages are sent out in excellent condition. Please review our return policy below:

Damaged Items During Shipping
  • If your package is damaged during shipping, we will cover it through our shipping insurance.

  • To process a claim, please provide us with clear photos of the damaged package and its contents within 7 days of delivery.

  • Once we receive the photos and verify the damage, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund.

Change of Mind Returns
  • If you decide to return an item for any reason other than damage, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition, and the packaging must be intact.

  • Please return it within 14 days.

  • Strings are non-returnable if they have been used or opened.

How to Return an Item
  • Contact us at jinnylee@jinnyleeviolin.com  to initiate a return and obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RAN.

  • Ship the package to a provided address

Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • No Refund for Overseas Purchases.

Exchanges
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us
